The paint is still shiny and all original. The interior is in good condition. The seats and floors do not have any tears or rips to them. This comes with a great Interlift Minifix 500 Lift Gate. This is a great lift that is designed specifically for the Sprinter. The controls for the lift are located outside the van, towards the right rear end. The lift has to be switched on from inside before it will function. There is also a remote control inside the cargo area that brings the lift up and down. The lift itself is valued at $5,005! Installation charge is over $1,500! You get everything already installed and working on this Sprinter and all you pay is the price of the van! These vans when properly maintained run past 600,000 miles with ease! The transmission also shifts smoothly. Brakes are good with good tracking and no shuttering. Tires are great and I would rate them as 80% but do look at the pictures and make your own assessment. Please Be Advised: As all of our auctions, this is an AS-IS wholesale auction. There are the typical stone chips on the hood, front bumper and fenders. There are a few minor scratches and chips around the van. There is a small paint bubble on the right sliding door and also on the rear right quarterpanel. The left fender has a small crease near the headlight. The remote for keyless does not currently work, most likely a dead remote battery. The SRS light remains on the dash, this is most likely simply some sort of sensor that needs to be replaced. These cosmetic flaws can be seen in the photohraphs. They can be addressed or ignored by the new owner. They do not take away from how nice this Sprinter truely is. Timing: The time to evaluate, to determine and to decide is during the course of the auction. The conclusion of the auction is the time to pay. Being the high bidder does not mean you have been awarded the opportunity to “think about it” or to “get back with us.” It means that you have entered a LEGAL binding agreement to purchase this vehicle immediately following the conclusion of the auction and that you have the funds to do so.

Financing: If you are planning to finance this vehicle through a lending institution, you must secure the loan prior to bidding. Secure all finances and be able to follow through with the payment before you bid. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. We do not provide financing on any of our vehicles.

No Reserve Auctions: By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you bid on this vehicle, that means you agree to abide by all of our terms and conditions. If at the end of the auction you are the highest bidder, you have won this vehicle.

Warranty: Unless stated otherwise, this vehicle is being sold “as is” and where is with all faults and possible defects. After the transaction is complete, we will not be responsible for vehicle failures or any cost of repairs. No representations or warranties are made by seller, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. We are not the first owners of this vehicle and therefore cannot guarantee history, condition, reliability, mileage, title, function or performance of the vehicle. You are only buying what we have. Vehicle Transportation: Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However, we do require advance notice. Please allow a few days for paperwork to be ready. Please do not expect the car to be ready for pick-up the day after the auction. We need to prepare the paperwork so allow a few days for this.

Payment Information: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit should be made through PayPal. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five to seven days of making the deposit. You must fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash-in-person. Checks must be paid payable to ‘Advanced Auto Brokers’. Paypal is generally not an acceptable form of full payment, however exceptions can be made, please contact us for details on this. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait, nine (9) business days until the funds clear, for title. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear.

FLORIDA Location Buyers: If you purchase a vehicle from our Florida location, the vehicle must be paid in full prior to pick-up. Full payment must clear through our NY office. You cannot pay in full at time of pick-up. As soon as the funds clear, the title will be sent via Express mail and the vehicle will be released for pick-up.

Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.

Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that.

Liquidated Damages: The only acceptable reason for cancellation is a misrepresentation of goods sold. Should this case arise, a local independent arbitrator will be summoned to satisfy all parties concerned. Failure to comply with terms will result in a $350 Sur Charge this pays for fees and for interest on the money tied up. Non-paying bidders will be reported to E-bay and the Credit Bureau!

Choice of Law & Forum: Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and litigated in Richmond County. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail.

Miscellaneous: We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion and end the auction early in the event the vehicle is sold prior to the end of the auction, we shall not be held liable for such cancellations.

PLEASE be advised: You are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. This vehicle has been previously driven and has been subject to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. A used car will show signs of use such as: minor scratches, door dings, and minor wear; this is from being on the road. Nothing is showroom condition unless it is driven directly off of a showroom floor. If you want to save yourself 1000’s of dollars, this is the way to go. We attempt to disclose any necessary and KNOWN flaws in the condition report. We describe all vehicles as accurately as possible. However, there is no possible way to include all minute details and imperfections!

Fee and Tax Information:

We are a NYS registered dealership, New York State Residents will have to pay tax on their purchase to us. By paying your tax to us you will not have to pay at the DMV. NY residents are responsible for title transfer, inspection, and registration fee & license plate tag fees.

Out-of-state buyers will pay tax to their DMV in their own city.

There is a $295 service fee for ALL buyers; yes, dealers pay them as well. A three (3) day temporary tag is included in this fee.

This listing is for a Freighliner M2 Business Class. It is in great shape and excellent condition. It also includes a 5 car hauler which has been completely redone 100%. This rig is ready to turn necks and make some $$$bucks$$$. It is a really nice one of a kind toy. I myself, invested my money without cutting any corners on doing it right. The truck has brand new tires as well as the trailer. Both have passed Texas DOT inspection and have current Texas tags. This rig is ready to be driven and loaded up. The trailer is a 53 ft. trailer with extensions totaling 61 ft. Trailer also comes with a full LED kit all around as can be seen in the pictures. It is currently used with a gooseneck but also comes with a a 5th wheel adapter. The trailer has been serviced with a new complete brake system on each wheel and bearings and seals including lug nuts. It has three 7,000 lbs. axles and electric brakes on all wheels. It comes with 8ft. ramps, new chains, and an 8,000 lbs. superwinch. Again, this trailer was completely redone to my expectations which are extremely high. All hydraulics are fully functional as well.
